Our 2021 Wendling Vineyard Pinot Noir is a study in evolving impressions. At first, an enticing mix of violets, orange Pekoe Tea and baking spice take center stage while, as it opens, the rich berry core emerges, unfurling on the palate in rich layers, nuanced by dark chocolate and allspice. Lovely fine-grained tannins and bright acidity highlight the long, concentrated finish. Enjoy upon release of cellar for up to 7-9 years.
